Shipping & Delivery FAQ

Your items are delivered by our fulfillment center and will be sent to you by your local post office.

Shipping can take 14 to 35 business days or more, depending on your location and local post office hours.

The warranty period of the item lasts 15 working days, and the buyer is eligible for the return of an order if the item has still not been received.

Items are delivered according to the terms and conditions of your local post office and are generally delivered during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm).

We currently ship from our warehouse in Asia, which explains the delivery times.

Simply send us your corrected address with your order number, and we will update your information.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds FAQ

Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 14 days following receipt of the package. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage must then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.

Promotional items are not eligible for returns.

Depending on the article and the reason, refunds are authorized after study.

Provided the returned item is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Send us an email and we'll take care of the rest.

Order Change FAQ

If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating the item to change and we will do the necessary. Please note that any order changes must be made within 2 hours of the initial purchase.

Once you have received an email confirmation, changes to your order may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.

Refunds and Cancellations - Damaged Items FAQ

If you have not received an e-mail confirming your purchase, please inform us immediately via our contact form with your full name, address, and city of delivery, and we will help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Sometimes our emails may end up in your junk mail or other files, we ask you to check them before contacting us.

We currently have no sponsorship or partnership programs. However, if you have good ideas, don't hesitate to send us an email.
