If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Global Bikepacking, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Our extended holiday return window begins November 18th, 2024. All orders placed between 11/18 and 12/6 have until 1/6/2025 to initiate a return. Our standard return policy applies to orders placed outside this window.
Global Bikepacking's Return Policy
Eligibility:
- The return policy applies exclusively to items purchased through the Global Bikepacking website.
- The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase as indicated on your receipt.
Guarantee Coverage:
- If you are unhappy with your item after regular use within the 30-day period, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
- "Normal use" includes typical bikepacking and related outdoor activities. Improper use or negligence that leads to damage is not covered by the guarantee.
- Proper cleaning and storage are required to prevent damage.
RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT:
- To initiate a return, please follow the link at the top of the page and fill out and submit the form.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is required to process your return.
RETURN DETAILS:
- Your items must be returned to us in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Once we have your RA set up, we will issue a prepaid return label. If you do not see that email within one business day after setting up your RA, make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- The return processing fee is waived if you choose to ship your return back yourself with your preferred carrier.

- Once received at our warehouse, returns can take up to a week to be processed. Once processed, you might not see the refund back to the original form of payment for another few business days.
- Items purchased from any other online dealer other than Global Bikepacking are not eligible for returns.
- Global Bikepacking does not offer exchanges. If you are looking to make an exchange for a recent purchase, you can return it and reorder something else at your convenience.
