FREE SHIPPING QUALIFIERS:

  • Minimum online purchase of $100.00 or more (before tax and shipping).
  • APO, FP, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico - MUST choose USPS as shipping method.
  • Offer not valid on previous purchases or repair orders.
  • Orders using promotion codes may be excluded from the free shipping offer.
  • Other delivery methods available for additional fees.
  • Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • Global Bikepacking orders can only be shipped within the United States.
  • Orders shipping to AK, HI or APO must choose USPS.
  • UPS and FedEx will not ship to a PO Box address.
  • When you reach the final checkout page, estimated shipping costs will be calculated, and you will be able to select your preferred shipping method.
  • Most Global Bikepacking orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Some delays may occur around holidays, winter storms, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to make sure your order reaches you in a timely manner.
  • Global Bikepacking is the distributor for the United States. As such, we are only authorized to ship within the U.S. If you are outside of the U.S., please look for the Global Bikepacking distributor within your country. Those distributors can be found on our international site. Please note, we cannot ship to freight forwarding services. Any order placed shipping to a freight service will be canceled and refunded.
  • All items indicated to be in stock are generally shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time. In-stock items ordered after 12 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the next business day.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • A confirmation email is sent once the order has been entered into our system. Tracking information will be sent once the order ships. If you did not receive an email, make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
  • All items indicated to be in stock are generally shipped the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. In-stock items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the next business day.

IMPORTANT:

As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on hold. We cannot accommodate backorders currently, so if we do not hear back within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.
